A view of Lake Superior from Shovel Point Trail.

The North Shore of Lake Superior is such a wonderful resource for the State of Minnesota!  I spent Friday, August 10, 2012 with family members taking in some of the sights and sounds in Duluth and points further north.  The weather could not have been nicer – such a delightful way to enjoy time with the family while relaxing on a mid-summer day.
